NOTICE is hereby given that Government Insurance and Annuities Offices, under "The Government Annuities Act, 1869," and "The New Zealand Government Insurance and Annuities Act, 1870," have been opened at WELLINGTON, WANGANUI, GREYTOWN, and all the principal Money Order Offices i» { the Colony. The following advantages are secured by special provisions in tho above-mentoined Acts :— 1. Up to a certain amount, Assurance Policies bona Jide effected by tho Assured upon his own life, and Endowment Policies, and Annuities purchased for the benefit of Wife or Children, are exempted from the operation of Bankruptcy Acts, and from seizure under legal process. 2. Up to a dertain amount, Married Women may effect Policies, and dispose of the money assured by will, as if single ; and such policies aro free from the debts and control of their husbands. 3. Insurances may bo effeoted for tho benefit of Wife and Childron, with power to apportion amount 5 and such insurance is to be free from tho claim of creditors, to tho extent of £2000. All persons wishing to obtain Life Insurances, Endowments, Annuities, immediate or deferred, or other advantages undor tho Acts, will receivo every information and tho necessary forms on application nt any of tho abovenamed offices, W.
