MR HOWARD WALLACE has received instructions from tho Mortgagee to sell on Wednesday, 10th May, AT MASTERTON. Section No. 8 of the Opoki Plain, lately in the occupation of Mr T. W. Tankersley, and situated about two miles from Masterton. The section, comprising 1346 acres of valuable agricultural hind, of which a considerable portion is in English grass and fenced, will be offered to tho public in 17 allotments of from 50 to 100 acres each, and has been so subdivided as to give to each allotment bush (a good deal of totara) and river, and frontage to a road. Terms— 2s per cent in cush, 25 per cent in six months, and the remainder in 24 inonthe, bearing interest at, 8 per cent.
