Up to a certain amount, Married Women may effect Policies, aud dispose of tho money assured by will, as if single ; and such policies uro freo from tho debts and control of their husbands. 3. Insurances may be effected for the benefit of Wifo and Children, with power to apportion amount ; and suoh insurance is to be free from the claim of creditors, to the extent of £2000.
