MESSRS VENNELL, MILLS & CO. have received instructions from the Executors of the late J. H. Homer, Esq., to sell by public auction, at their Sale Rooms, Grey-street, the nndermentioned Valuable Properties, viz : — FREEHOLDS, Part of town acre 741, having a frontage to cross streets, Adelaide Road, of 40 feet by a depth of 82 feet, with improvements Part of town acre No. 100, Cuba-street, Te Aro, with frontage of 39 links, by a depth of 207 links, upon which is erected a capital four roomed house, a pood well of water and garden, fully stocked with fruit trees.
