MESSRS VENNELL, MILLS & CO. have received instructions from the Executors of the late J. H. Homer, Esq., to sell by public auction, at their Sale Rooms, Grey-street, the nndermentioned Valuable Properties, viz : — FREEHOLDS, Part of town acre 741, having a frontage to cross streets, Adelaide Road, of 40 feet by a depth of 82 feet, with improvements Part of town acre No. 100, Cuba-street, Te Aro, with frontage of 39 links, by a depth of 207 links, upon which is erected a capital four roomed house, a pood well of water and garden, fully stocked with fruit trees. Part of town acre No. 677, with frontage to Sussex Square, Adelaide Road, of 49£ by a depth of 134 feet, more or less. MESSRS VENNELL MILLS & CO havo received instructions to sell by public auction, at their sale room, Grey street, that valuable property known as the Wainui-o-niata Saw Mill, consisting of — 20 horse-power steam engine and boiler, breaking down frame, circular saw j bench, patent belting, and all requisites for carrying on a large i business. The Mill is situated in the Wainui-o-mata Valley, in tho centre of a magnificent bush, which has only been worked a few months, and within fifteen miles of town. MESSRS BETHUNE & HUNTER will cell by public auction, at the Exchange, on Thursday, the 4tb May, 1871, at 2 o'clock p.m. All that piece or parcel of land containing one hundred and thirty-eight acres more or less, being part of Block VIII on tho plan of tho Rangitikei District. Bounded on the North measuring 92 chains on the East 15 chains, and on the South 92 ohains respectively, by other part of the same block, and on tho West by the Tutaenui Stream, the Northern boundary of which said parcel of land ruts parallel with and at a distanco of forty-nine chains, ninety links from the Northern boundary of the said block.
