MR HOWABD WALLACE has received instructions from tho Mortgagee to sell, about the end of April, — Section No. 8 of the Opaki Plain, lately in the occupation of Mr T. W. Tankersley, and situated about two miles from Mastorton. The section, comprising 1346 acres of valuable agricultural laud, of which a considerable portion is in English grass and fenced, will be offered to the public in 17 allotments of from 50 to 100 acres each, and has been so subdivided as to give to eacix allotment bush (a good deal of totara) and river, and frontage to a road.
