LAND ON DEFERRED PAYMENTS. PRELIMINARY NOTICE. MR HOWARD WALLACE has received instructions from the Mortgagee to sell, about the end of April, — Section No. 8 of tho Opaki Plum, lately in the occupation of Mr T, W. Tankeraley, and situated about two miles from Musterlon. Tlie section, comprising 1346 acres of valuable agricultural land, of which a considerable portion is in English grass and fenced, will be offered to the public in 17 allotments of from 50 to 100 acres each, and has been co subdivided as to give to each allotment bush (a good deal of totara) and river, and frontage to a road. Terms— 2s per cent in cash, 25 per cent in six months, nud tho remainder in 24 months, bearing interest at 8 per cent.
