MR HOWARD WALLACE has received instructions from the Mortgagee to sell, about tho end of April, — Section No. 8 of the Opaki Plain, lately in tho occupation of Mr T. W. Tankeraley, and situated about two miloa from MuaterLon. The section, comprising 1346 ucres of valuable agricultural land, of which a considerable portion is in English grass and fenced, will be offerod to the public in 17 allotments of from 50 to 100 acres each, and has been so subdivided as to give to each allotment bush (a good deal of tolara) and river, and frontage to a road.
