AT A MEETING of Shareholders held on Monday evening, the 16th d»y of January, 1871, it was resolved to increase the strength of tho Company by offering 100 shares for sale at £5 each. The terms are— ss per share deposit, and Is 6d per week per share until paid up. The prospects of the Company are good and encouraging, the stono from tbe shaft being considered payable with good machinery, and the prospects are improving. Tho shaft is down to the depth of 130 feet, but it is thought advisable to sink still lower before commencing to drive. Mr J.
