AT A MEETING of Shareholders held on Monday evening, the 16th day of January, 1871, it was resolved to increase the strength of the Company by offering 100 Bhares for sale at £5 each. The terms are— ss per share deposit, and Is 6d per week per share until paid up. j The prospects of the Company are good and encouraging, the stone from the shaft being considered payable with good machinery, and the prospects are improving. The shaft is down to tho depth of 130 feet, but it is thought advisable to sink still lower before commenoing to drive. Mr J.
