AT A MEETING of Shareholders held on Monday evening, tho 16th day of January, 1871, it was resolved to increase the strength of the Company by offering 100 shnreß for sale at £5 each. Ihe terms are — 5s per share deposit, and Is 6d per week per share until paid up. The prospects of the Company are good and encouraging, the stone from the shaft being considered payable with good machinery, and the prospects are improving. Tho shaft is down to the depth of 130 feet, but it is thought advisable to sink still lower before commencing to drive. Mr J.
