London, November 14. Colonial securities heavy in consequence of the rumors concerning Eussia. New Zealand 6 per cents, 1890, 109 ; Queensland 6 per cents, 109 ; South Australian, 1881 and 1891, 107 to 110 j Victorian, 1891, 115 ; New South Wales, 1871 to 1876, 102. "Wool. — Prices nearly the same as at last dates. 5000 bales sold |of fleece wools and good half bred scoured. Medium grades deolining. Grease ten per cent lower ; the unsold stock increases. Australian leather hides and skins nearly as before, with a tendency downward. Tallow—Fine mutton sells at 40s ; beef, 41s. Kauri gum drooping, with large arrivals from New Zealand. Fine flax, £30 to £32 10s ; common to fair, £16 to £26. The City of Melbourne was delayed owing to the dryness and slackness of coal necessitating easy steam till the 11th December. Cargo— Eighty tons for New Zealand, and eighty tons of 'sugar, arrowroot, &c, for Sydney. Passengers : Saloon, for Auckland — Rev. Bishop Crooke, Messrs A. Duncan, J. H. Lusk, J. Brook, J.
