The " Grey River Argus" in a recent article says — " Every thinking man who has carefally watched the course of events in the county of Westland during the two years that it has been in existence must have the conclusion foroed upon him, that the County system, so far as this district is concerned, has been a failure ;" and thinks that the extension of the boundary line of the province of Nelson to the Teremakau, so as to bring the whole of the Grey Valley under one Government would be most desirable.
