Company for the passage money of a prisoner for debt, between Lytteltuu and this port. .His Worship non-suited plaintiff, as no written guarantee had been produced. Monday, January 18. DRUNKENNESS. Peter Wink, who did not appear to answer this charge, was ordered to have his bail (20s) forfeited. CIVIL. R. M. Cleland vj John Tompkinß— £27 14s 3d. Adjourned till Thursday. K. M.
