NOTICE is hereby given, that, from and after the 2nd day of July, 1868, any person or persons using any portions of my freehold land, part of section jSo 3, Kuiwarawura, otherwise than the surveyed public road, as a means for crossing the Kaiwamwara river, will be prosecuted for trespass; and all horses or cattle impounded; and any person found pulling down or otherwise injuring the boundary fence on the bank of the Kaiwarawara river, which will be erected bymo immediately after the 2nd July, 1868, will be prosecuted as thu law directs.
