TVTOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned Land will bo offered at auction, at the Crown Lands Office, Wellington, on Wednesday the 29th day of April next, at one o'clock p.m., at the upset prico of 5s per acre, viz., 13 sections in tho Rangitumau Block, Wairarapa District, containing 3234 acres more or less.
