J-O---fully to notify the public of Wellington and its vicinity that he has this day disposed of his business connected with the EMPIRE HOTEL to Mr PHILIP STRELITZ, formerly of Dunedin, who will in future conduct the same under hia own immediate supervision and management. Mr O. trusts that his successor will m.cet with the same liberal support and encouragement as has hitherto been accorded to him. All liabilities due by Mr O. must be sent in immediately for liquidation. Wellington, 7th April, 1868. In referring to the abovo, Mr P. STRELITZ begs to sfcato that he will closely -imitate the well known good management of the lato proprietor, and that he will forthwith commence to alter a portion of the very extensivo premises into a convenient FAMILY HOTEL, ' which will enable him to accommodate families with , PRIVATE SITTING AND BEDROOMS replete with every comfort, and fitted up in aa unexceptionably elegant manner. The strictest attention will' be paid to the requirements of that branch of the business, and the greatest regard will be had for tho comfort of intending visitors to his Hotel. The portion of the house allotted to tho Family Hotel will, be quite apart, and proper Drawing Rooinß will be provided for the special accommodation of guests. A PRIVATE FAMILY TABLE D'HOTE . will also be comprised in the new arrangements, and no pains will be spared by Mr Strelitz to render the Hotel, as much as ho possibly can, the most comfortable in Now Zealand.
