AT a Meeting of tho Wardens of the various Road Boards in tho Wairarapa, held at the Courthouse, Greytown, on Monday, the 30th day of March, 1868, it was unanimously rosolved : — " That a meeting of the electors of tho district be held at the Schoolroom, Greytown, on Saturday, the 18th day of April at 1 p.m., for tho purposo of deciding whether the present form of Proviucial Government Bhould not be altered, and whether a system should not be adopted which would give the people as a reality tho management of their own local affairs and tho expenditure of their own revenue.
