Aeeest of Fenians in New South Waies. — From fclie telegraphic news of the Sydney Morning Herald, of the 25fch and 26th March, the following extracts are taken :— G/oulbourn, Tuosday. A man named Bartholomew Toomey, has been committed for trial under the Treason Felony Act for saying : — " It served the Prince right, he had no business in this country." Forbes, Wednesday. A man named Murphy, suspected of Fenianism, was arrested yesterday morning at i the Balk Hill station, near G-renfell, by Mr Inspector Roberts and handed over to the police at G-renfell.— Yass, Wednesday. A man, named Jamca Johnson, was committed for trial to-day, under the Treason Felony Act, having said " I am a Fenian." Johnson is an Englishman, and was drunk at the time.
