AT a Meeting of the Wardens of the various Road Boards in tho Wairarapa, held at the Courthouse, Greytown, on Monday, the 30th day of March, 1868, it was unanimously resolved : — " That a meeting of the electors of the district be held at the Schoolroom, Greytown, on Saturday, tho 18th day of April at 1 p.m., for the purpose of deciding whether the present form of Provincial Government should not bo altered, and whether a system should not be adopted whioh would give the people as a reality the management of their own local affairs and the oxponditurf) of their own revenue.
