ROUTLEDGE, KENNEDY AND CO, are instructed to sell by auction, at their auction mart, on Thursday, 9th April, 1868, at 12 o'clock, THE ABOVE VALUABLE PROPERTY. Upset Price £3000. It is situated about three miles from Napier by boat, and about fourteen miles by a good dray road, and has an extensive frontage to tho inner harbor. The land is enclosed within a substantial fence, divided into various paddocks, and is laid down to a large extent with English grass and otherwise improved. Last winter it depastured 4000 sheep and 100 head of cattle. The House is largo and commodious, an<2 commands one of the finest views in the province. The woolshed is fitted up for ten Bhearers, and the yards are in good order. The Land consists of — 1. Freohold, 1700 acres, carefully selected. 2. Leasehold, with purchasing clause, 152 acres. 3.
