In all the races (except the Handicap) mares and geldings allowed 41bs. 2. In all the races, the second horse to save his stakcß. 4. No person allowed to enter a horse unless he is a subscriber of two sovereigns to the Race Fund. 5. All disputes to be settled by the Stewards, whose decision shall be final. 6. Thirty minutes will be allowed between each race and heat. 7. A bell will be rung at the end of twenty minutes for saddling, and the start will take place punctually at the half-hour ; and in the event of { any horse not being at the post within five minutes after the hell rings for starting for any race, the starter shall be at liberty to start the ' horses then present. 8. All jockeys shall appear in racing costume. The colors of the jookey must be stated at the I time of entry. j 9.
