VOLUNTEER NOTICE. EOR the purpose of forming a Guard of Honor to Sir G. F. Bowen, on his arrival at Wellington to assume the Governorship of the Colony, the Officers commanding No. 1 Battery Wellington Artillery Volunteers, No. 1 Company Rifles, the Veteran Company, and the Cadet Corps, will warn their respective Battery and Companies to parade on the* Reclaimed Land on or about the 4th or sth instant. The Artillery Battery will parade with their guns and 23 rounds of blank ammunition. The other Corps with their orms and accoutrements. So soon as the Assembly shall be sounded at the centre and both ends of the town, and a blue ensign be seen at the flagstaff at the store of Messrs Levin & Co, the Battery and Companies respectively will immediately form on the Reclaimed Land where they will receive further instructions By command, J.
