Amusements, &c. TOHNSON VILLE FETE. NEW YEAR'S DAY. FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE SCHOOL. Dr Taylor has kindly given the use of his extensive grounds for the occasion. Old English Sports, Dancing, Aunt Sally, &o, &c. A QUADRILLE BAND in attendance. Refreshments on the Ground, During the afternoon prizes will be distributed to the Cliildren. A PUBLIC TEA AT FIVE O'CLOCK". NOTIOE. * A FETE IN AID of the UPPER JHUTT DISTRIOT SCHOOL will take place oa FRIDAY, the 27th INSTANT on tho grounds of Mrs Barton, Upper Hutt. The Hutfc Band will he in attendance under tlio able leadership of Mr Valentine. There will be various sports such as Dancing, Cricket, Football, Racing, &c. Also, thore vrill be an Amateur Theatrioal Entertainment in the Schoolroom in the evening. The Committee will provide Tea and Refreshments on tho ground, and visitors will meet with. every attention.
