In Marshall and Fleming, judgment was given ftn respondent : in tho Queen and Jamos, wliioh wae a reserved case, the judgment of tho inferior Court was quashed ; in Cameron and Cameron tho nrgmnouts nro not yot concluded, and will b< reaumod on Monday, to which day tho #ourl adjourned on rising yesterday afternoon.
