WALLACE will sell by public auction (at an upset price of which due notice will be given) at the Land Mart, Reclaimed Land, Wellington, at 12 o'clock noon, MONDAY, DECEMBER 30, 1867, 4,000 ACRES in the Mungaroa Valley, in blocks of 100 acres each, more or less, marked out on the ground and numbered on the plan, comprising' avariety of valuable timbered and fertile swamp — sections suited for gentlemen's residences, saw mills, market gardens, nurseries, dairy or sheep farms, breeding stations,, or for any description of cultivation for which the soil and climato of this delightful valley arc admirably adapted, Tho newly made road to the Mungaroa and Whiteman's Valley enters the district at tho Upper ITutt, commencing at tho Highland Home (John Wilkins), and crosses the Mungaroa river where a township is being laid off.
