' The arms to be delivered at the. The arms to bo bored for bolts and insulators, : with a five-eighth auger as per pattern, being one hole in centre through* the greatest depth of wood, and two holes, ono at each end, of arm, through the . least thickness of wood. ; Tho arms to be rounded for carrying off water, as per pattern. The whole of the arms to be delivered, within , 60 days of signing the contract. !
