NOTICE .is hereby given thut on Wednesday, the twenty-fourth day of October instant, ' the said Henry Millward, did with the concurrence of John Compton, of Wellington aforesaid, timber merchant, a creditor of tho said Henry I Millward, to the amount of fifty pounds and upwards, present his petition to his Honor Alexander James Johnston, Esquire, a Judge of this honorable Court, for sequestration of the estate and effects of the said Henry Millward ; and for relief according (o thi (provisions of the said Acts ; that tho said petition was accepted by his Honor, I who has appointed tho said John Compton, sequestrator ad interim o£ the said estateand effects, •und has appointed the eighth day of November next, for the hearing of the said petition ; and has further ordered that a meeting of the creditors of tho said Henry Millward, be held at the Grand Jury Room, within the Supreme Court House at Wellington, on tho thirty-first day of Octobor ' iastant, at eleven o'clock in the forenoon, for the . purpose of recommending trustees to be appointed ' of the said estate and eJfects, and the mode to be adopted for winding up tho said estate.
