A bell will bo rung at tho end of twenty | minutes for saddling, and tho start will take place i punctually at the half-hour j and in the event of any horse not being at the postwithinfivominutcs after the bell rings for starting for any race, the starter shall be at liberty to start tko horsos then present. 8. All jockeys Bhall appear in racing costume. The colors of the jockey must be stated at the ' time of entry. 9. All dogs running at large on the Course will bo destroyed. . 10. Tho rules and regulations of the Wellington Jockey Club -will be strictly adhered to. 11. A hack race, if timo will permit, after each day's races aro over. Co teh weights. Entrance one sovereign.
