Tlie N.Z.S.N. Company's s.s. Rangatira, Captain Mundle, from Lyttelton and Dunedin, arrived in this harbor shortly after 10 o'clock, yesterday morning. The Rangatira left Port Chalmers on Saturday last the 29 inst., and ar-> rived at Lyttelton at 12.30 p m. the following day. Left Lyttolton again at noon ou Tuesday, and arrived as above. By the Rangatira we are in receipt of our usual files from Lyttelton and Dunedin. The b.s. Queen bound for Hokitika, put back^yestorday forenoon to see if there were any passengers by the Uangatira from the South, for,, West Const
