BY VIRTUE OF AN ORDER OF COURT IN THE ABOTE CAUSE. MESSES. BETHUNE & HUNTER have been instructed to offer for sale by public auction, at the Exchange, on Wednesday, tho 20th September, 1865, at 2 o'clock p.m. All that THE RUN or SHEEP STATION, at the Tanerua, in the Whareama District, y in the Provinco of Wellington, and commonly known as the TANERUA STATION, with the Sheep, Cattle, and improvements thereon. The STATION is well bounded, and contains about 6865 acres of Freehold Land, 5000 acres Government Land, and 4000 acres held under lease from the Natives, at a moderato rent. 200 acres of the Freehold Land are laid down in grass, and fenced ; and 200 acres more aro being laid down and fenced into paddocks; the whole fencing being done with Totara. The station is well timbered and watered. The BUILDINGS comprise a twelve roomed dwelling-house, barn, stable, wool-shed, men's houses, stock-yard, pens, dipping place, &c, &c. THE SHEEP AND CATTLE CONSIST OF (more or less) — 2215 EWES 442 WETHERS 835 YEARLINGS 72 RAMS 50 Head of MIXED CATTLE. 14 WORKING BULLOCKS There are also, — 12 HORSES, DRAYS, CARTS, &c. IMMEDIATE POSSESSION will be GIVEN. Terms of Payment, — One-third, cash ; remainder in even bills of 3, 6, 9, and 12 months, boaring interest at £10 per cent.
