(To the Editor of the Wellington Independent.) Sii-, — I bog to call tho immediate attention ol the Town Board to the fact that across the foot* path running in. every direction, leading past Mr Gr. Luxford's property in upper Willis-street there are quantities of large roots most dangerous to passers by, more especially at night, I have my- : self suffered a sorious accident from a fall there, and am confident that if they are not speedily rei moved somo very serious accident may yet l occur. > I am, &c., INDBX.
