Co's s.s. Wellington, from tho South, aro expected to-morrow. Tho barquo William Watson, Captain Hydo, arrived In this harbor on Saturday, February 4th. Sho left Newcastle on tho 17th Decomber; on the 22ud, in a terrific gale from the S.S. E., sho had all her sails blown away, and tho sea breaking over her with great fury, washed away her bulwarks and stanchions. The vessel was run for several hours before tho wind, and a second and only topsail was bent. She arrived at Nelson on tho 31st, and discharged part of her cargo, which consisted of co.als for the N.Z. S.N. Co. ; repaired damages, got a new set of sails, and left Nelson on tho Ist February, arriving as above. Tho brigantine Horcules, Oapt Euwald, left Newcastr* on tho 2 1st Jau, and arrived here on tho sth Peb, after a passage of 15 days, having experienced fino weather.
