T. N. Kenney, I'iSq., occupied tho chair, and \V. I. Tabor, Esq., officiated as vice-chairman. Amplo justieo having beon done to the good things of this life, the chairman, in a neat and appropriate Hppech, proposed tho health of Capt. Stuart, and success to the good ship Asteropo, at the samo timo presenting him with the address; tho toast was drank in tho most cordial manner. Capt. Stuart ackuowledg«d the compliment that had boon paid him, unit said that it would always bo his study to contribute to tho comfort of his passengers.
