Tenders to state at what rate per diem for cabin and steerage passengers and crew. The Providore will have the privilege of supplying wine, spirits, and beer at ordinary rates. Scale of charges to be approved by the Company. Contractor to fiud stewards and cooks at his own expense, and to enter iuto bonds for the due fulfilment of the contract, with two sureties.
