A PPLICATIONS will be received by the underJIJL signed for Shares of £10 each in the New Zealand Steam Navigation Company, Limited, Second Series, conditions : Ten shillings per share to accompany each application. Two pounds per share to be paid within fifteen days after allotment. The balance by calls of £1 per share, at intervals of at least three mouths. Shareholders will have the option of paying to the extent of £5 per share, receiving interest on tbe over-paoment at the rate of te l per cent per annum, until absorbed in calls. Tenders to state at what rate per diem for cabin and steerage passengers and crew. The Providore will have the privilege of supply, ing wine, spirits, and beer at ordinary rates. Scale ot charges to be approved by the Company. Contractor to find stewards and cooks at his own expense, and to enter into bonds for the due fulfilment of the contract, with two sureties.
