A PPLICATIONS will be received by the underXjL signed for Shares of £10 each in the New Zealand Steam Navigation Company, Limited, Second Series, conditions : Ten shillings per share to accompany each application. Two pounds per share to be paid within fifteen days after allotment. The balance by calls of £1 per share, at intervals of at least three months. Shareholders will have the option of paying to the extent of .£5 per share, receiving interest on the over-'paoment at the rate of te a per cent per annum, until absorbed in calls.
