' NOTICE is hereby given to owners or agents of Town Acres, 1095, 1097, and 1099, that I intend erecting a dividing fence between Sections No. 3, Town Belt, Southern Dislrict ; I therefore call on the owners or agents of the above acres, to assist me in electing the same, fourteen days from this date.
