Mr J. H. Wallace will sell by auction, at his Sale Boom, on Wednesday, October 14, tho unexpired term of lj years, of town acres 101, 105, and 107; also the shed opposite the Supreme Court, and sundry timber, &c. Messrs Betiiune & Hunter will sell by auction, on the premises, Lambton-quay, on Tuesday, October 15, the valuable stores of Messrs Smith & Co. Messrs Bethunb & Hunter have received instructions from Robert R. Strang. Esq, Registrar of the Supreme Court, to sell by public auction, at the Exchange, on Thursday, October 15, at 2 o'clock, Town Acre No 118, fronting Willis and lugestre-streot. Mossrs Duxcan & Venmeli, will sell by auction, on the premises, Lambton-quay, on Monday, Oct 19, at 12 o'clock, the whole of Mr C. B. Carter's stock-in-trade
