IN Chambers. This ninetenth day of September ( 1863. Upon the application of Mr Slaterof Counsel for the said Petitioner Lancelot Septimus Worsley, after redding the said Petition purporting to be signed by the said Petitioner such Debtor as aforesaid, and to be concurred in by Willinm Jackson, of England, per bis Attorney George Buckley of Christchurclj, Merchant, a Creditor to the extent of not less than fifty pounds in the whole, and also certain Schedules, and also an Affidavit to the said Petition annexed, and therewith filed on the seventeenth day of September, pursuant to the said Act this Court being satisfied of the truth of the matters' contained in the said Petition doth hereby grant an ad interim order of sequestration of fciie estate and effects of the said Septimus Lancelot Worsley and doth direct that the estate and effects of the said Septimus Lancelot Worsley shall be taken and held by Alexander Back, of Christohurch, Esquire, as Receiver under the said Act, hereby appointed by the Court, subject to ouch further Order of the Court as may bo made under or in pursuance of the provisions of this Act: And this Court doth hereby appoint Monday, the sixteenth day of November next, at eleven o'clock in the forenoon, for the hearing of such Petition and the proofs of debts and clnima of creditors, at the Court House, Christchurch aforesaid : And the Court doth ulso further order and grant iin ad interim order of protection to protect the person and estate of the said Septimus Lancelot Worsley from arrest, execution, or legal process until further orders of ibis CourtBy the Court.
