Joieph Anderson was charged by • the Warden of Wellington Gaol with having yesterday taken half a pint of baandy into the prison, whereby the defendant had rendered himself liable to a fine of £}0 — The Court fined the defendant in the mitigated sum of 20s and costs 4s, in consideration of the brandy having boen intended for a prisoner in a c»Til|%oUon.
