WELLINGTON. Friday, 18th September, 1863. (Before H. St. Hill, Esq.. R. M.) A. Cockroft v. Wm Brewer — Debt Ob— Judgment by consent for 93 and costs ss. Mary Corkery, wife of Dennis Corkery, of Ohariu, sent to the Karori Lunatic Asylum ; her lunacy being properly attested by two duly qualified medical practitioners, ' and by otber evidence. Saturday, 19th September. Henry Guyatt, fined 5s for drunkenness. Monday, 31st Sepbembeb. Jane A. Curtis v. Wm. Harris — Debt 15s 6£d — Judgment by consent for amoant and costs ss. Joieph Anderson was charged by • the Warden of Wellington Gaol with having yesterday taken half a pint of baandy into the prison, whereby the defendant had rendered himself liable to a fine of £}0 — The Court fined the defendant in the mitigated sum of 20s and costs 4s, in consideration of the brandy having boen intended for a prisoner in a c»Til|%oUon.
