the provisions of the said Act, do hereby revoke the said Proclamation, in so far as the same as relates to the Colonies of South Australia and Tasmania, and the District of Twofold Bay in the Colony of New South Wales, and I do hereby declare that the said Colonies aad District shall not from the date hereof, until further notice, be deemed infected Districts for the purposes of the said Act, and that subject to the regulations hereunto annexed and to any regulations that may i from time to time be in force in that behalf, cattle may be .imported into the Province of Nelson from the said Colouies and District. Given under my hand, and issued under the Public Seal of the Province, at Nelson, this Eeventh day of August, in the year of our Lord one thousand I eight hundred and sixty-three. J* P. Before auy Cattle which shall have been shipped from any port or place in the Colonies of South Australia, or Tasmania, or in the District of Twofold Bay, in New South Wales, are inspected by any Inspector of Diseased Cattle for the Port or place in the Province of Nelson at which it is desired to land such Cattle,
