WESTERN AUSTRALIA.
The system of granting conditional pardon! is to be abolished. All convicts are to remain in the colony until the expiration of their original sentence. Three English men-of-war are to be converted into transports for the conveyance oi prisoners to Swan River. Larnack's exploring parly has returned unsuccessful.
