Tuff ts, a soldier of the 14th regt, charged with stealing & coat from the house of O. Sexters Bead, on the 6th July, 1863, remanded to the 24th August Wednesday, 19th August. Mary Noble, charged her hnsband, Joseph Noble, with neglecting to maintain her (his wife) and family— Chargo dismissed; the complainant seeming to labour under mental delusion. Thuesday, 20th August. George Hughes was fined <s for drunkenness. John Carroll was fined 10s and coßts for druukenness. George Lee and Bebecca Annßiddle were brought up on remand, charged with felony, and remanded to Friday, for further examination Andrew Watson, and John Maxwell, two soldiers of the 14th regt, wore charged with a. felony in the house of Mr Heirs, on Sunday, the 2nd August inBtani, and were remanded to the 27th instant Fbidat, 21st August.
