FRANCE.
The Budget passed by a large majority. The Corps Legislatif was dissolved on the Bth of May. The new elections engage unusual atteution in France, Governmeat making great efforts to defeat MM. Thiers, Berryer, Marie, Odillon Barrot, and Count de Montalembert, who are candidates. Tbe increased expenditure of the Government since the first year of the Empire eleven years ago, attracts considerable attention. The people cry out for retrenchment and reform.
