CASTLE POINT. Tuesday, July 14th. (Before H. S. Wardell Esq., R,M.) The Inspector of sheep v. Thos. Guthrie for having failed to clean his flock within the prescribed time allowed by the Act, fined £5 and costs. The Inspector of sheep v. Edward McKillop, overseer for E. Meredith Esq., for- also having failed to clean his flock ; fined £5 and coats. Several native cases were also heard and settled satisfactorily.
