Now THi refore I, Isaac F.ari tVatherston, Superintendent, of the Province of Wellington, in Virtue ■of the power. and authority in me vested iv this behalf Do hereby proclaim and declare that all that piece of land situate and being within a line running from the main trunk road to Wanganui at a point distant from the Turakina River twenty seven chains, thence towards the South East by sections number thirty-two and tweuty-eight of the Turakina District seventy chains, thence following theKaharauponga stream until it reaches the western corner of land belonging to oue Mr, John Gower, thence running in a north easterly direction mtil it reaches the Omuha stream at i a western corner of land belonging ►4o ono Mr. Bruce, and thence running in an easterly direction along the Omuha stream until it reaches the boundary between the Rangitikei and Turakina Districts, thence following said boundary towards the North until it reaches the Ngaruranui stream, thence following said stream in an easterly direction for about eighty chains, again on the East 28° until : it intersects the North boundary line of the Rangitikei block, and bounded on the West by the Turakina Ri\er terminating at the Bridge on the Main Trunk Hue of Road leading to Wanganui as delineated by the plan hereunto annexed, and shall form and constitute a district for the purposes of the said recited Act and shall be called the "Turakina Valley Road District."
