John Stephenson, 14th Eegiment, was committed to gaol for two months hard labor, for having on Saturday last assaulted and thrown a tumbler at the head of Jane Kennedy, and having been guilty of abusive and grosa language and conduct in the Cricketer's Arms tavern.
