AUCKLAND. , Mr Buckland reports tho yards at the Haymarket on Saturday last to have been but indifferently supplied with Horse stock, prices were easier, 17 were sold. Cooksfoot grass seed brought 15s Cd and 14s per bushel of 20 lbs. Best hay 9s, the 100 lbs. Old carts and drays brought 45s to 150s. Good drays, L 9 to Ll4 ss, and a waggon L 23. At the Triangle on Monday there was a fair supply of Store Cattle (18 head) several pens of them nearly fat, the attendance was good, and prices were without alteration. At Newmarket on Thursday there was a fair muster of fat cattle, not of very prime quality few store cattle and a much larger number of Dairy Qows than for Beveral weeks, 60 store sheep, and a limited market of fat Bheep and pigs. Fat and store cattle were without alterations in prices. Dairy cows, from 20s to 40s per head lower, Store sheep sold at fully late rates. Fat sheep dull of sale. Store pigs sold at nominal rates. Fat pigs in demand and brought high prices. — New Zealander, June 6.
