Mr BORLASE brought in petition from G. Edwards, relative to his not having been fairly treated on some compensation committee, having got late notice of their sitting. The report went on to suggest that in future all petitioners to the Private Grievance Committee, should pay a fee of 2 guineas to go to the library fund.
