MoKelvey v Thomas White — A remanded case; prisoner charged with an indecent assault ; the complainant a young girl about thirteen was deeply affected, and could not be induced to answer the questions of the Court ; the Court therefore discharged the prisoner, and the complainant was committed for 48 hours for contempt of Court in not answering the questions put to her.
